Socially acceptable standards

AGAT-Electromechanical Plant has continuously strived to contribute to sustainable development of society through the manufacturing and provision of quality products and services that lead the times. 

To support the development of next-generation human resources we cooperate with national educational institutions: Belarusian National Technical University, Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, Belarusian State Technological University, Minsk State Polytechnic College, Minsk State Automobile Mechanic College, Minsk State College of Electronics, etc.

We are constantly working on improvement of working conditions and health of workers to prevent industrial injuries and occupational illness. Moreover, the management is striving to solve housing problems as well.

Timely training and attestation on occupational safety of employees working in high-risk positions is conducted. All heads of subdivisions, senior masters, heads of sections and services are certified for occupational safety. The employees attend periodic medical examinations.

More than 700 people are working at AGAT-Electromechanical Plant. Among them around 14% are managers, 33% - specialists and 53% - workers. More than 41% of the employees have higher or specialized secondary education. More than 27% of the employees are young people (from 17 to 31 years). More than 92% of the employees are trade union members.
