Mission


Arrangement of radio-relay and cable (wire and fiber-optic) digital communication lines of the field backbone communication network of the Armed Forces, as well as connection lines to the communication nodes of the mobile control points of the Armed Forces and the public telecommunication network.

Tasks

- Arrangement of 4.4 to 5 GHz and 238 to 480 MHz microwave links;

- arrangement of wireless broadband subscriber access zones with multi-services (voice, video, data);

- arrangement of VHF band radio communications;
- built-in functional control of internal and external telecommunication equipment and radio-relay (wire) communication lines;

- converting an Ethernet stream to (from) an E1 stream transmitted over public networks or through E1 PDH networks;

- arrangement of a fiber optic communication line:

• number of transmitted streams E1 - 63;

• ability to transmit up to four streams of Ethernet traffic 10/100 Base-TX;

• number of switched optical transmission directions - 4;

- multiplexing / de-multiplexing into digital streams 2048 kbit/s (E1) of user interfaces:

• 2-, 4-wire TFC channels;

• 2-wire analog subscriber lines with induction call;

• 2-wire analogue subscriber lines;

• C1-I junction channel terminations;

• Ethernet traffic.

The kit consists of 3 pieces of equipment.

The telescopic mast is used for lifting antenna post equipment (receiving and transmitting devices and antennas from radio relay stations, antenna rotary devices, a broadband access base station with three sector antennas, VHF radio station antennas) to a height of more than 34 m.
